What is the standard turnaround?
Most orders are ready in 24–48 hours. Same-day is available when you need it sooner.
Do you handle delicate or designer pieces?
Yes. We inspect each garment and match the process to the fabric, including luxury and beaded pieces.
How far do you pick up?
Pickup and delivery run within each branch radius — typically around 15km of that location.
How are items tracked?
Every garment is logged in our inventory from drop-off or pickup through to return.
